OMHA Mouthguard Policy & Fact Sheet THURSDAY, AUGUST 02, 2001 Richmond Hill, ON - The OMHA adopted a policy position at itsĀ“ Annual General Meeting in June, 2000 for the mandatory use of intra-oral mouth guard protection by each player participating in an Ontario Minor Hockey Association game or practice. CAL Refund Policy

CAL Refund Policy Refund Request Form Refunds will be granted to the earlier of: The date that a written request for a refund is received by the League. The date that a player's injury or medical condition prohibits a player from player (medical documentation is required). In order to be considered for a refund, you are required to complete the Refund Request Form below. CAL Weather Cancellation Policy Winter weather presents some risks for safety that must be taken into consideration. The CAL Policy for icetime cancellations is as follow: Games/Practices will only be cancelled by the league when the City of Kingston (Facility Operator) decides to close their arenas. CAL Vaping Policy

CAL Vaping Policy The smoking of e-cigarettes, otherwise known as vaping, at any sanctioned CAL activity violates the CAL Code of Conduct, OMHA Code of Conduct (section 6.0 Major Infractions) and City of Kingston bylaw 2018-173. This behaviour will not be tolerated and a zero-tolerance policy is in effect. Players or team officials caught taking part in this behaviour will be subject to discipline in accordance with the OMHA Code of Conduct.
