I have brought my teams to the KCC tournament for the past three years and reserve a spot every year going forward. We will always have a year where we are not so competitive as we will be a full minor level team, but then will come back the following year as a full major team.
The tournament itself is excellent. From the organization from yourself to the folks at the Ambassador Hotel, in three years we have never had an issue. Of particular note is how well organized the two convenors - Gary Benjamin and Hugh Dempsey are, they really make it a fun tournament.
We were the first Whitby team to attend the tournament 3 years ago, this past year there were 3 Whitby teams from our division and 1 from a higher level. It is because the tournament is so well run that I am sure more teams will be attending.
