Refund Policy

CAL Refund Policy:

Refunds will be granted to the earlier of:

The date that a written request for a refund is received by the League
The date that a player's injury or medical condition prohibits a player from player (medical documentation is required).

In order to be considered for a refund, you are required to complete the Refund Request Form below. Any request arising as a result of an injury that prohibits a player from playing must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the injury along with the appropriate Medical Documentation otherwise, the request may be denied.

Refunds will not be granted if the player is currently under suspension and/or if the player is awaiting suspension action by the CAL Discipline Committee or by the OMHA.

Registration refunds (less administrative fees) will be granted according to the following chart.
